I have sex with my boyfriend. After two days i got a foul smell from my vagina but after 4-5 days it became normal. Few days later around a week i got a thick white discharge from my vagina. and i missed my periods even though i taken the home pregnancy

It sounds like your period has arrived, albeit late. Your test confirms you are not pregnant.

As to the discharge; you may have an infection, you need to see a doctor for this.
