i havent had my period in four months, and there usually regular, what could be wrong?

I have not had my period in four months, but usually my periods are regular. At first I though I was pregnant. but I have had several pregnancy test done, all urine, and they've all been negative. but one slight problem there. Back in February I moved in with my ex boyfriend and a week later found out I was 6 months pregnant with twins. After having several urine pregnancy test done. so I'm not sure what to believe anymore. My stomach has grown and gets bigger and bigger, I have the cravings, and nausea and vomiting all the time. I am very worried and so is my fiancé, can anyone give us some answers?
