On Thursday I missed my birth control pill (3rd week of pack) I made it up 12 hours later (Friday morning). Friday afternoon I took my pill on schedule. I also had intercourse with my boyfriend and he did ejaculate. What are the chances I could be pregnant?

April 10, 2016 - 9:40amTaking a pill late can decrease its effectiveness slightly. However, it is highly unlikely that you ovulated in such as short time.
If you miss your next period, take a pregnancy test. In the future when you miss a pill, use a condom if you have sex during the same time for extra protection.
