I missed my first week of pills, so on Sunday I started them and on that tuesday, after taking pills for 3 days i had unprotected sex. Is there a possibility of becoming pregnant?

Hi Anon and thanks for your question.
The inconsistent or incorrect use of pills is a major reason for unintended pregnancy. If you are saying you missed a week of pills then yes, you would have been at risk for pregnancy when you had unprotected sex.
If you miss pills in the future it would be wise use a back-up method of birth control (such as a condom) or abstain from unprotected sex for seven days or longer after you miss your pill(s).
