When is you period due? Is the spotting because your period is about to start? Are you taking any birth control pills? Is the pain in your back dull and achy or sharp? Is the pain constant? How long have you had the pain. Did the pain start before or after having intercourse?
All these things could play a big part in why you are having these symptoms. Give us more information and we would love to give you a more detailed answer.
