When did you take Postinor? If it was at least two to four hours before you vomited, then the drug was absorbed in your system, and you have nothing to worry about.

No it wasn't up to a hour and it was just a little liquid due to brushing

Am really sorry if am bordering you but am a bit worried ,I av taken this pill twice in one cycle and I avnt seen my period this month my last period was march 12 am yet to see it could it be a factor, the pregnancy test was also negative .am a lupus patient

Considering you have lupus, and did take Postinor more than you should have, please speak with your gynecologist or primary care physician.
