What are the side effect if I take postinor2 in early prevancy.like if am 2weeks pregnant already then I take postinor2 what are the side effects please?

Hi Mary,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Postinor 2 can only prevent a pregnancy within 72 hours after having unprotected intercourse. It should not be used as a method of birth contraception or to prevent a pregnancy if you are already pregnant. Taking it while you are pregnant can cause serious complications.
