Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

The body exerts great amounts of energy while having sex.  This energy produces heat.  After sex the body starts to relax, the heart slows down and the body begins to cool.  Feeling cold especially in the extremities is natural after sex.

The best thing to do it take a warm shower and put warm clothes on.  This will help your body not to cool down too quickly.
