Is it possible I could be pregnant?

I am not on birth control and my boyfriend and I do not have protected sex. We had sex about a month ago, usually its every 2 or 3 months, he's rarely in the mood. The past couple months I have been extremely tired, taking naps every day, sometimes twice a day. I get my period but I have been getting cramps still when I dont have it. And I get a lot of muscle spasms in my stomach area. Could I be pregnant?

Hi, y noname83666.

Thank you for your post.

If you are having your period each month, you are not pregnant. If you doubt this you can always take a pregnancy test. The muscle spasm and cramps might be from something else. See your doctor if they become worse.
