Is it still possible to be preggy?

I rubbed genitals with my boyfriend a few weeks ago with no penetration or ejaculation inside me. He did ejaculate via handjob beside me however... He tells me he pointed it away so none of his semen went near my vulva

I got my period 5 days after which lasted for 4-5 days. My bleeding was red/brown with blood clots. It's been 13 days ever since and I've had 2 negative pregnancy tests.

Is it still possible to be preggy at this point or am I safe? Am I just overreacting when I worry about being pregnant after all the signs that I could not be? I really hope I'm not... Please help! :(
