I just recently started tracking my period. I lacked the knowledge and motivation to do it until now, not to mention my period usually seemed irregular. The tracker says I was suppose to get it 4th of july weekend but it never came. I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. I don't use birth control but my boyfriend and I use condoms. I'm trying not to psyche myself out because it's still pretty early in the month, but I would like some reassurance! Do you think I'm okay?? I still have another test just in case and may just be irregular but I really would like someone to tell me what they think?

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you took a pregnancy test that was negative, I would assume that you are not pregnant. If you are concerned that you still are - you could always get a blood test from your OBGYN. When you already have irregular periods, it is hard to tell sometimes if you are actually late on your periods. I hope this helps.
