What you describe is not considered having sex. It was making out/grinding on a clothed person. For all intents and purposes, there is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina. We can't know why your stomach is hurting. Its likely stress or something you ate.
