Am 55 and gone tru menopause,but i notice sometimes when I have sex there is sometimes pain and a little , the blood is dark

Bleeding after sex can be due to dryness which is common after menopause. I suggest that you use a water-base hypoallergenic lubricant to help decrease pain and bleeding.
