I have missed my birth control for three days. I was supposed to start a new pack on Sunday. I was not home to get it refilled and then Monday was a holiday. So I called Tuesday to have it refilled and they did not have it available. So I am still waiting on it. They said they would have it today. I have had unprotected sex everyday since Saturday. My last period was last Wednesday, which was like a day. It wasn't really a period. I was just wondering when I do start my pills today if I should double them up or contact my DR?

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community! That's quite a few days of going without your birth control. You definitely should call your doctor and be sure to tell him or her that you have had unprotected sex. Depending on what brand of pill, will determine what they tell you to do. I don't advise to double them up without the doctor telling you what to do. He or she might just have you start a new pack.
Be ABSOLUTELY sure to use condoms until you get this all worked out!
