Good day, I just need to clarify my situation right now. Ok, so here it goes. Last Oct 11, 2014 I had an unprotected sex (pull out method) 3 times, that day was "supposed-to-be" my 2nd day period, so meaning I had sex on my expected period. Today, Oct 22, 2014, 11 days after sex, I still got no period but no spotting, no sore breast, no cramping and other signs of pregnancy. My cycle, per my period tracker, is 35 days on average, I didn't get also my period last august which I also had sex on July 27 (after my last period for july). I had period on sept 4 to sept 7 which was 44 days cycle from july 26. Would you know what am I experiencing right now? I haven't try HPT yet, it might be too early for it I think. Please need some advise, I always experiencing long menstrual cycle even before I had sex. I'm 22, 5'6 in height, weighing around 160lbs.

Guide

Hi Anonymous and thanks for your question.

If your last period was September 4-7, and you have not had a period yet in October, then only a pregnancy test can tell you if you are pregnant or having a long cycle.

Most home tests can reliably detect the hormone that indicates pregnancy in your urine one week after a missed period.

In light of your age and the long cycles you're experiencing you may want to see your doctor even if a home pregnancy test indicates you are not pregnant.

Hope this helps,

Pam
