I have been on the pill for 8 months. I finished my period/placebo last Wednesday but 7 days later I somehow accidently missed Wednesday and thursday's pill. There is no risk of not using backup protection for the next 7 days as my partner lives in another state. However he was here on sunday (three days before I missed my pills) when we had unprotected sex (using only birth control pills as protection). Last night, before I realised that I missed my pills I started a heavier than usual period and took Thursday's pill. Then took today's pill (Fridays) at the normal time. I am wondering how high is my risk of pregnancy and whether if I continue to take my pills like normal will the bleeding stop?
