I'm a 30 year old female,I've been married foe 2 years until I lost my husband when I was 9 months pregnant,I now have a 6 year old daughter and I haven't been with anyone since my husband died..I recently met someone 4 months ago and we've been trying to have sex but since I haven't been with anyone in years,it doesn't wanna go in...what do I do? Lubrication is your best friend in this scenario. Since you have not had a problem like this in the past, it is probably not caused by any medical issue.
Buy a water-based lubricant and use it liberally. Make sure you are properly aroused before penetration, this allows the muscles to relax and loosen.
