my fiance just touched my vegina and ejaculated outside ....but i m not sure that it entered in my vegina or not ...my perods date was 9 and we did this on13 ...i had not yet got periods .....should i worry orr not. ...plzz rply fast

Only you and your fiance can know (and should know) exactly what happened - where he ejaculated. There is a risk if he ejaculated inside your vaginal canal (or more rarely) on the opening or outside. Moving forward, insist on a condom next time.
