No penetrative sex - could I be pregnant?

Hello,

I am a 21 year old female, and I am not engaging in penatrative sex, but rather two months ago in January my boyfriend and I had “outercourse/dry humping” and he was nude but I was wear shorts, underwear and a panty liner (as I was on my period) and he did not ejaculate anywhere near me. The following month I had gotten my period (it was two days late as I was extremely stressed because of midterms) and it was a full heavy flow for about 6 days.

It is now March and I have yet to receive my period, I am exactly 5 days late. I had been feeling cramps and aching in my back and lower abdomen around the time when I was supposed to get my period, but not anymore. I have been dealing with a lot of stress because of school and work, and my diet has been poor (university student diet). I was wondering, do you think that there is any case of pregnancy here?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You were on your period and clothed and didn't have sex - additionally you had your period after this. Pregnancy is not possible.
Your period is delayed due to stress or a hormonal change in your body that is not connected to pregnancy. Try to relax a little - your period will be along when it's ready.
Best,
Susan
