It's very unlikely, that sperm exposed to air on your boyfriend's fingers being inserted in you will make you pregnant.

Hi Amelia,

Thank you for sharing your questions with the EmpowHER community.

If you have not engaged in unprotected sex, then you should not be pregnant.  Since your period is only one day late, you may be experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle, which is pretty common.

Again the activity you described does not put you at risk for pregnancy.  However, if becoming pregnant is something that is unwanted, I would suggest preparing and protecting yourself.

I hope this helps.

Be well,

Hi I was just wondering what you would say about this..
me and my boyfriend engaged in some sexual activities a few days ago however we did not have sexual intercourse. But, i'm scared because we did rub both out private parts and bodily fluids were mixed on the outside of my vagina. as well as this is it possible to get pregnant if he had sperm or even pre cum on his finger and then inserted that into my vagina?

your response would be really appreciated
