I was giving my partner a bj and we were both enjoying it but then I started feeling unwell, sort of out if? and then I got the most awful pain in my head. It scared me. I still have a headache now, it's been about an hour. Can you please tell me what could have caused this?

September 12, 2015 - 8:00pmYour headache is probably not necessarily related to giving a blow job. If you have never experienced sudden headache of this sort it can be startling. However, you should start with process of elimination to find the cause and solution. First of all, it wasn't because of the blow job. Secondly you must ask yourself: when did you eat last? Did you drink enough water today? Did you remember to breathe? Were you in a position that cut off circulation?
All of these factors could have caused the headache. If the headache gets worse over time, you should go to ER.

Thank you for your response. Thinking back it happened shortly after I changed position. It was frightening because the pain was sudden and severe, it hurt so bad I thought I would die. The severe pain didn't last long and the mild headache was gone within a couple of hours.
