Hi guys! Okay so it's July 12 today and exactly a month ago my boyfriend's tip touched mine for a second and I pushed him away immediately. I got my period around the 5th last month and it ended on the 11th. School started for me about 4 weeks ago and I've been under a huge amount of stress especially the past 2 weeks and recently I lost about 5 pounds in a short amount of time. Yesterday and today I've been getting yellow discharge and I've been having my usual pre-period symptoms. Also for the past two months I've been having digestion problems and I'm not exactly a healthy person, I rarely eat vegetables. Could stress and my health be the cause? Please help me it would mean a lot to hear your responses. Thank you!

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. You are not going to get pregnant from a simple touch of the genitals. So no worries about pregnancy - stress WILL however cause some irregularities so try and get back into the groove of school and you should be just fine.

Hope this helps.

Missie

Hi again! I'm sorry to be bothering you. This connected to my question about my clear discharge. The same day I've been getting those I also had dark brown blood or discharge on my underwear. Is that normal? I'm sorry I'm about to have a panic attack it would mean a lot to hear a response from you again! Thank you so much!

Hi there I have another question to ask! Today I've been having knee pains and lower back pains and also i noticed I have clear discharge that seems to be a lot at the moment. Could this be a sign my delayed period is coming? Thank you!
