Q:

Pms, pregnancy, or something else?

For the past 2 weeks I've started to experience PMS symptoms but haven't seen any blood so far, and it has been 34 days since my last period. Im 19 and have had very irregular periods, sometimes every other month, but the past 2 months has been steady until now. For the symptoms I'm experiencing mild cramping, constipation (had a messy one today), breakouts, and sore nipples (not breasts at all), with no irregular discharge and a bit of UTI 3 weeks ago. As for nausea I have had it constantly ever since before I became sexually active so I can't really count on it. I'm not on any medication or pills, and have used and checked condoms every single time without unprotected contact. I last had sex 3 weeks ago after a period ended and used a pregnancy test few days ago (though at night) and got negative. So, is it just the stress and paranoia that's delaying the actual blood, or could it be PCOS or some other health issue? I haven't had the chance to see a doc yet since it would be quite a mess if I turned out pregnant with my family present, heh
