Possible to get pregnant after two periods?

Hey, me and my boyfriend were messing around. I got on top of him (he had no pants or underwear on) and I had spandex and underwear on, and I rubbed him with my lower parts while wearing clothes. He ejaculated, and I quickly got off of him. I checked to see if I had any semen on my clothing, and I didn't. Two weeks later, I got my period on time. But he was still paranoid. So I took a pregnancy test (I believe it was one year old) and it said negative. He still was paranoid, so we waited and I got my period on time again. But he's still paranoid for some reason. And I'm not exactly the skinniest person, so I don't know if my stomach is getting bigger or not. Should he stop being paranoid or should we start worrying?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
There is no reasons to worry about pregnancy because it not possible for you to become pregnant from that scenario.
Sperm cannot travel through clothing first of all. Secondly, sperm did not even get into you. Not only that, but you are having a regular period and the pregnancy test was negative.
If there is no intercourse, pregnancy cannot occur. Your boyfriend should not be worried.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article about outercourse. I encourage both you and your boyfriend to read it.
