Precm, can I please take plan b just in case? If I do, will it increase my chance on getting pregnant?

My boyfriend(which I trust dearly, 2 years together as a couple) and I never had sex before and I guess we still haven't? We never had sex before but tonight , now 5 hours after I post thia, all we did was rub on each other like "messing around" but a bit aggressively. I had my underwear on and he had his basketball shorts on. We moved like we were having sex but with those on still. I am pretty precm can still go through maybe, and I know you can get pregnant with precm. I don't think it went on me, but I know he touched his penis and then he touched me with his hands under my underwear a bit aggressively. I think I am ovulating possibly, ithe is sticky like string like when aparting, so I ovulating I suppose.I just want to know if I should take plan b. I know people say not to worry all over online, I just want to know can I still take plan b even though the chances are slim? People say I don't have to, but can I just to be sure. When I asked on yahoo answers, one answer said not to take it due to serve side effects but I rather have side effects than not take plan b and get pregnant. I really want to take plan b, but I don't want to increase my chance on getting pregnant. I am worried precm got on/inside me.
