I was with my girlfriend and for the first time I ate her out for about 10-20 seconds. After doing this we continued to make out and later in the day I noticed I was a lot gassier and I began to have diarrhea and noticed a small sore at the bottom of my front gums.
My girlfriend said she doesn't have herpes. But I am freaking out because I don't know what's going on.
Please help.

It sounds like this may be coincidental - oral sex would not cause diarrhea. The sore on your lip was probably in your system for days before oral sex. You may be getting a cold sore.
