So I got my period 2 weeks late & its very light now. It use to be very heavy. It has stopped ow on the 3rd day. It might start up again. i only had tightness on first say. But can touching things around the house if they have sperm on them could I be pregnant if I touched myself down their

Pregnancy can only occur when the male partner ejaculates into the vagina during intercourse. If this did not occur, you cannot become pregnant even if your hand had sperm on it when you touched your vagina.
Irregular periods can happen for many reasons such as: hormonal imbalances, stress, little sleep, excessive exercise, or medications to name a few.
If your period continues to be irregular, see your doctor about these other possible causes.

Hello, and yes that is the idea. Imagine it this way. There is a tiny basketball hoop in the middle of an enormous pool of water. One million balls are thrown into the general area. How many of those balls slide nicely through the tiny hoop only slightly larger than the balls themselves? Maybe, one or two right? This is how it works with sperm. When a male ejaculates he sends millions of sperm into the vagina and still only one makes it in order to create a baby. There are many instances where the female still does not get pregnant after penetrative intercourse because the timing and conditions have to be just right.
With all these factors considered, I hope this helps you understand how one gets pregnant a little better.

Just to be sure. I want to to over it. I only live with my dad but what are the chances of a older guy jacking off. So if I touched like his hand or anything then masturbated I would be okay?

Yes you would be fine. Even if you had live sperm on your hand, then you touched your vagina, you cannot get pregnant from it. But, since you're #1 concern is not getting sperm on yourself, all I can tell you is to stay clean. I repeat, you can ONLY become pregnant from a male ejaculating directly into your vagina. There is no possible way for you to get pregnant from having contact with sperm, other than that event.
