Me and my girlfriend had intercourse with protection a week ago. Today she find blood coming out of her lady parts could she be pregnant

So if you are saying that she normally has pain but this time around she didn't have any cramps associated with her menstrual, that's ok too! A woman's menstrual cycle characteristics will changed from time to time. However, based on you having protected sex, she should not be pregnant.

If you had protected sex, then there should be no chance of pregnancy. Also, since her menstrual cycle has come, that is another sign that an egg did not get fertilized.
