Sperm does not live long outside the body. The scenario you describe is a highly unlikely one. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal.

For hygienic reasons, you should wash your hands and also, for the courtesy of others who might come in contact with the things you have touched.
