There was no ejaculate on me - the wet spot might have touched my in passing but I don't think so or am not sure if it did, just incredibly anxious. I am seeing a dr about prescribing some medication for it.

You both had underwear on so this prevented genital to genital contact as well as ejaculate from entering you. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.

Yes. But the wet spot contained his cum ejaculaten and my panties were small and covered me mostly but might have exposed a.little of me. I don't think I sat on the wet spot and he got up within 20 seconds to change. but so very anxious.

Hi,
Ejaculate can wet clothing but it can't penetrate it in the way you think. You would know (or should know) if there was ejaculate on that area if your underwear had not covered you somehow. Try not to over think this.
