Pregnancy Scare

so i went to the gynecologist and they told me i was pregnant so the same night me and the boy decided just to have sex again because silly mistakes, but i decided not to take my birth control, Then the following monday (3 days later) I got a call from the gynecologist telling me that the pregnancy test was negative and it was in accurate results. Right after that I went to the restroom and was bleeding like normally wasn't spotting, Like a full normal bleeding. So after i found out i wasn't I got on depo shot immediately the next day.

It's been almost a month since all this has happened and i know i should take a test but i'm afraid it's gonna be another false negative from the abortion i had back in january, That's what made my test positive in the first place.
I just wanna know if there is a possibility i could be even though I had a normal bleeding and got on depo. Also i've had no signs of pregnancy or anything, I feel exactly the same.
