Hi! Is it possible to get pregnant from touching something like a doorknob where there may or may not have sperm on and then masturbating (fingering)? I'm totally sure no one touched that doorknob for about 20-30 minutes before I touched it, but is it possible? Would sperm survive a trip like going from penis to hand, then to doorknob and then 20 to 30 minutes later to another hand and then to vagina?

No. Sperm does not live long outside the body. Once the air dries it, it's dead. You can't get pregnant from touching a doorknob. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening. As far as hygiene goes, it's very unhygienic to touch anything after a sexual act without first washing your hands, for the courtesy of others.
