On day 5 of my cycle (18 march), i and bf fooled around with fingering and handjob and without any peno vaginal penetration. He did not ejaculate till then. There was no need to taken EC since there was no sperm involved in your sexual activity. Pre-ejaculate doesn't contain sperm if there was urination after the last ejaculation. You cannot be pregnant. Even if you could, the EC would bring your likelihood down to 5%.
Your bleeding was a result of taking EC - this is normal and should be listed on the website of the brand you took. You can look at the website again to get more info. Your period some come within 2-4 weeks of the last bleed due to EC.
