July 2, 2016 - 11:57pmThere is no possibility of pregnancy from this scenario. Sperm dies within a few minutes of being exposed to open air. The only way for her to become pregnant is if you ejaculate into her vagina during penetration.
Irregular periods can happen for many reasons besides pregnancy. I highly suggest that you read the article at the link below that lists the possible causes for irregular periods.
