Hi! I get my IUD next Wednesday and today me and my guy friend were fooling around and in our underwear dry humping. He was pleasuring himself and I didn’t know if there was Precum on his dick or not but after that he started to finger me. Tomorrow I’m buying the morning after pill to calm my nerves but my cousin says I’m not pregnant there’s no way. Should I worry? My last period was 4 days ago

Hello Emmieyk

Thank you for writing!

We have helped you on this topic several times and I think it's a good idea for you to study sex education further so you know more.
Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time.
A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.
It's your choice whether to take emergency contraception but there is no need to take any kind of contraception.
