Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Sperm only survives a few minutes in open air. It dies much sooner when handle, such as when you wiped it off. By the time you touched your girlfriend, there was either dead sperm, or no sperm at all.
So pregnancy is not possible in this scenario.
