Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for sharing your experience of reduced sexual desire after using Pilex.

I am not familiar with this product and suggest you talk with your physician or pharmacist.

Pilex ointment. which is manufactured and distributed by Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, contains a mixture of herbs, and is used to relieve the pain associated with hemorrhoids.

According to the manufacturer, there are no reported side effects.
