Guide

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble in this area.  I'd love to give you some helpful advice on the subject.

The most important thing in reaching a healthy sex life in marriage is to be open and honest with each other about your likes and dislikes.  Have a conversation with your wife and write down things that you talk about.  You can each write down a category for what you like and what you do not like.  This way you can both understand each other's needs more clearly.

The next step is to put it into practice.  The best way to do this is to be creative.  Don't do the same thing every time.  Find the environment that works for both of you.

It is also important to consider the things in your past that may be limiting you.  Once you identify those things, you can talk to your wife about ways to make you more comfortable.

Remember that communication is the key.  As long as you are both honest about what you want, you can move forward to a healthy sex-life.

I hope this was helpful.  Let us know if you have any more questions along the way.  Good luck!
