My boyfriend touched my vagina with his penis for once not even 2-3 seconds it was try just...after that I took ipill within 12hrs...I got withdrawal bleeding after that and also normal periods for two months....but in this third month my period is 5 days late now....I took a pregnancy test to sure if anything happened three months ago but it was negative I took the test in the morning . And those two periods were like normal periods continued for 6 days with clear bleeding . When my bf touched my vagina three months ago he din't ejaculated before that neither had sperms on his penis then there may be some precum just....please help....what is happening with me....

There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation entering the vaginal canal. This did not happen based on your information. There was no need to take emergency contraception. In any case, your periods and negative pregnancy test are proof that you are not pregnant.  Periods can sometimes be late due to stress, illness or simple body chemistry.  It will come in due time.
