hi i have done sex with my bf and i was having all clothes on me lyk 2 panties and also 1 cotton shorts and my boyfriend was on me and i also got some sperm on my pants and it touched on my laps and i washed it immediately and he was not having anything on him and he was totally on me and after that i have also got my regular periods and after 15 days of my periods i have spotted some blood and even in the next morning i have spotted some blood and it s not continuous and am having pains in my shoulders,armpits and even in chest please help me out plzzzzzzzz
