Serious Pregnancy Scare and Anxiety

I have been extremely stressed out and worried about a potential pregnancy scare from a non penetrating encounter a little over a month ago. I'll break everything down in dates to help understand why I have been panicking.

November 17 - Me and a friend had a non penetrating encounter that evening. First she gave me oral sex for a few minutes, then she bent over and attempted to get me to put in my penis inside of her from behind. After a few minutes, of not being able to put my penis inside her at all, she said all I was able to do was rub against her vagina lips with the head of penis a few times. There was zero penetration according to her. After this, I panicked and she took a Plan B pill 30 minutes later to get me to stop worrying. Also to note, she may have been ovulating at this time.

November 29 - 12 days after the encounter she took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

November 30 - She got her period and it lasted for 4 days. She noted that it was a normal period and it was light the first day, heavy the next 2 days, and light again on the last day. I asked her was that pattern normal for her and said she yes.

December 16 - 29 days after the encounter on November 17, she took a First Response Digital Pregnancy Test and it also came up negative.

Other Notes - She has had no pregnancy symptoms to this date and has been going on as if nothing happened...I just can't stop thinking about it and it doesn't help that I keep Googling things...also she said she is not going to take a blood test, because she is not pregnant...

Honestly, it looks like she couldn't be pregnant, but I just panic and have anxiety issues a lot...so overall is there any possibility she could be pregnant from this encounter? Could a pregnancy test be inaccurate 29 days after a non penetrating encounter? Can I finally stop worrying about this situation after this length of time?

Hello MangoBoy

Thank you for writing.

You can stop worrying - her tests are negative and she has had her period. Don't stress her out anymore and stop googling - there is no need.
Best,
Susan
