Me and my boyfriend humped without clothes and my period is late, he didn't ejaculate but i was wet so i'm not really sure if his pre-ejaculation went inside me and also can you get pregnant from that?

The only way to become pregnant is if your boyfriend ejaculates into your vagina during penetration.
In other words, pregnancy is not the cause for your period being late.
First of all, irregular periods are common and no cause for alarm. It is only necessary to have a regular period if you are trying to get pregnant or you have severe symptoms such as debilitating cramps without any bleeding.
