I and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on the day 24 of her cycle. she's pretty regular and has a clockwork 27-day cycle most times. Sometimes they go lower to 26 and other times to 28 but generally, a 27-day cycle is the norm.
We used the withdrawal method but I just realized it isn't very reliable. I noticed on the day we met that She was very dry, with little to no mucus. This month was quite stressful for her too, she had to make a return trip 12 hours each time for her job. And worked a weekend shortly after that.
Her period is due today but she says she doesn't feel any signs of it coming at all. We are worried. Today is day 28. Could she have ovulated late in this cycle and gotten pregnant this time?

We can't tell any of our readers if someone will get pregnant or not. However, it's highly unlikely that your girlfriend ovulated at that stage of her cycle. She's not even late at the moment. But an early pregnancy test would be accurate by now if she wants to be sure.
