So on saturday december 13th my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. We've been together for five years and have always done the pull out method. That next Saturday the 20th I started having brownish spotting off and on for seven days straight. Never had that happen before. My cycle is really regular so seeing that I got worried. On Christmas day I was still spotting and took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I went to urgent care that Friday and they gave me a pregnancy test and came out negative again I was still spotting. I stopped spotting on the 27th. My monthly was supposed to start on January first. But on the 30th I started spotting again l. This time is was a mixture of brown and bright red and has been on and off. There's no clots. I change my pantie liner like once a day. Today is January first and im still spotting and its bright red sometimes brown mixed in it and sometimes its not. I was told to wait till I was done spotting to take a test. My period is normally heavey so I know this isnt my period but every now and yhen I do get hotter then normal and feeling of mild cramps every now and then. Could I be pregnant? Im away I hope I am because I was told that if I wasnt pregnant then it is a health problem. Help please?!

And what had happened before. called her now im waiting

Hello Marie89,

You asked this question on December 28. You told me then that you were advised to repeat a pregnancy test on January 1.

Since you have had continuous spotting since your first post, I urge you to contact your physician and report this. I do not think you are pregnant but something is wrong and must be evaluated by your physician.

Regards,
Maryann
