Stress and pregnancy symptoms

I'm 18 and virgin, I just recently started to experiment my sexuality with my boyfriend and right now I am extremely stressed that I might be pregnant. There has never been penetration, he has tried to finger me but it's painful so we always stop, but I'm not sure if in those occasiones he had some pre cum on his fingers or something. I'm very irregular but counting my last period it might be due to thursday. Since last sunday my boobs started to feel sore and the pain has increased, it feels like it's swollen behind the nipple, and yesterday I noticed (also my boyf) that my areolas have increased in size and there are also some dots on them. Also I've been getting headaches, some nausea during the day (only yesterday) and muscle/joint cramps. I'm getting extremely paranoid and this week has been terrible for me also because I had several arguments with my parents because of low grades. I don't know what to think and I'm starting to lose my mind. Please, I'll aprecciate any advice.

Hello. Thank you for posting.

For future, you should know what is on your boyfriend's fingers, if anything, when fingers you. You seem vague about it. If you are a virgin (meaning no sex/penetration has occurred within the vaginal canal) then you would not be pregnant. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. Your symptoms sound like PMS to me. A pregnancy test is easy to do and will give you reassurance.
