January 1st- had sex didn't last long because I didn't want sex he didn't get to ejaculate at all still got scared and took the Take Action Emergency pill

January 14th- Period/ bleeding started lasted the normal six days took multiple pregnancy test at home and twice at the doctor that month and it was negative

February Month- was on four antibiotics in one month different doctors it was a mix up and was for different things too long to explain so it cause me to have a yeast infection

February 15th-20th: was on period lasted for six days
February 21-22nd had brown discharge with light cramps unusual I assumed it was just old blood
February 23rd- Orange discharge very strange never happend not sure if it was because all the antibiotics or something

March 20th- Period/ bleeding started I had intense cramps and heavy bleeding

March 21st-medium to heavy blood but slowed down towards the end of the night

March 22nd- period literally slowed down like stopping just like how you get towards the end of a period it was brown blood then clear discharge in the evening very unusual but only happened once bleeding has not continued yet freaking out if I am still some how pregnant even though I had an ultrasound done last week. I have researched scary stories on bleeding and still pregnant or false negatives for months due to slow growing fetus in women that are underweight and I am underweight. Freaking out and hope someone can give me advice on this.
