Putting pressure on breasts should not be painful. Of course there are degrees of pressure. Obviously extreme pressure can injure to breasts.
But consider mammograms squeeze breasts and it does not injure them. In other words it takes a lot of force to injure breasts.
If you are having continuous pain then you should be examined by a doctor. The issue is probably internal not caused by external roughness.
