Hi my period is about 4 days late last month it was 3 days up and during the time I had my period last month I was traveling on plane really far so it was like a 2 day flight I had to stop in places. Also where I have gone I had gotten food poisoning or indigestion I guess because I had vomitting two mornings and diarrhea. I just recently came back again via plane and the flight was ridiculously long and took 1 day to come back. Did this mess up my cycle? Since my last period I havent seen my boyfriend till now the recent two days which is when im suppose to be expecting my period all I have done is give hime handjob and him kissing me and my upper body. I would always have all my clothes on especially my bottoms and underwear and he always has his clothes on. Im a virgin nothing has ever been penetrated in me. Everytime I would guve him handjob or anything I would wipe my hands dry then sanitize my hands or wash with water right away then go straight home and wash them with soap several times and then shower. Hes always cautious and So am I. I keep having a pregnancy paranoia and its driving me crazy.

Travel can certainly upset the menstrual cycle. Since your travel sounds like it was a bit stressful, this is normal but your cycle will regulate again next month.
Did you have sex ed at school? If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause.
A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (naked) with ejaculation. She would also have to be ovulating or be within five days of ovulation. Sperm will not travel through a layer of clothing to impregnate.
So a pregnancy cannot occur from what you did.
Talk to your doctor about your paranoia and see if therapy could help.

Thank You. I still havent got it yet it's the 7th day this isnt the first time im late im usually late and early sometimes but I keep worrying, no semen has been inside me or on and near my vagina nothing like that, is it because of travel? Im a virgin but I do give my bf handjobs and sanitize or clean my hands and stuff we make out but im always fully clothed and his is too. Also My boobs dont feel tender or hurt but this doesnt always happen before my period only sometimes.
