Weird symptoms after Plan B, am I pregnant?

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on April 5th. And while he was only in me for about a minute, and didn't ejactulate (so he says), being the paranoid person I am, I immediately ran to the store and purchased Plan B: One Step. I took the pill within an hour- 2 hours of the intercourse.
The next morning I felt a little dizzy and fatigued, a little nauseous as well (however I never threw up and still haven't which is weird considering how weak of a stomach I have had in the past.) Exactly a week later (April 12th) I began bleeding. It was a little bit lighter and a lighter red than my normal period but it was still red (not pink or brown) and lasted 5 days like normal. For a week or two I was very relieved to have experienced any sort of bleeding and somehow I "forgot" about the situation and don't remember any symptoms besides a few stomach aches here and there.

Then as I worried about my next period's arrival I took three pregnancy tests three days in a row (about May 6th-8th) and they were all negative. My first period after the "period" on April 12th, arrived on May 11th, 29 days later. (I have never been one to track my period by the way but this is within the average time frame). This period was very heavy for 3 days, more so than normal, a little bit lighter red than normal but still medium to dark red, then it was very light (mostly only noticeable when I wiped... sorry if that's too much information lol) for two days. Making my bleeding duration of 5 days.
After my period I forgot about the situation again. However recently it has been on my mind and I have been experiencing different symptoms. I have experienced abdominal pain that moves around and is seemingly more positioned around my belly button and underneath my rib cage. I have also been experiencing intense back pain however it's been in my upper back more than my lower back. I have also been experiencing soreness on the back of my upper right arm when I lift my arm up or cross it across my body. This might not be a completely unrelated issue, maybe because of the constant heavy lifting I do with my horse back riding responsibilities. I have also been a little light headed the last few days and haven't had a few good appetite since taking Plan B (actually having lost about 10 pounds). My stomach has had a tight feeling lately however I am not bloated. I know that a lot of times symptoms that we experience are stress induced or self fabricated after doing research (that we feel that we are experiencing pain that we read about, but only after we find out about them and think about them). I have taken another two pregnancy tests yesterday and this morning (May 27th- 28th), both being negative.
My next period, if on time, isn't expected until June 8th. I have not had sexual of curance since April 5th so another date is not a worry. This means that its been 7 weeks and 4 days since I took Plan B. Now I know that I have bled twice, but I am an extremely paranoid person and just wanted other opinions and to actually talk to someone about what I am experiencing. Maybe this will help someone else as well.
So is there a possibility of pregnancy in my case? Ectopic pregnancy even? (I have experienced some pain in my armpit area but not particularly my shoulder tip and have freaked myself out about this after doing more not recommended research). I am the type of person that can deal with the symptoms and the pain involved, just not the unknown.
I'm sorry this was so long by the way! Just trying to provide as much information as possible! Thank you for any response. :)
