So there's no way sperm may have seeped through ? With the rubbing motion ? He was bare while I had underwear on I'm asking because 3 days later I'm feeling nauseous , with stomach discomfort and back pain as though I'm pregnant :(

It is impossible for sperm to travel to the uterus from outside the vagina. It is simply not how the science works.

The ONLY way to become pregnant is if he ejaculates into your vagina during penetration without any protection. The "wetness" you feel is a natural lubricant the body produces when aroused.
